Decided on Chilli Manis High Tea buffet for our company event on 21 Mar as we have positive feedback from staff that the buffet lunch we ordered previously was nice. Ordering was definitely a breeze, Sales Consultant Yiqing is a gem, she is very friendly, patient and prompt in all our queries, not mentioning her fantastic aftersales service to make sure everything goes well 🫶🏻. The delivery Team - Alex was friendly too, he make sure to contact me while on the way and shared his location as well 👍🏻, setup was done up pretty fast and nicely decorated. Kudos to the Teams for making our event a success with many compliments on the food ordered.

The food was very nice and the setup and tear down was done very efficiently and well. The consultant Yiqing served us very well and was very responsive to our queries!

From the ordering to the delivery process, it was very smooth-sailing with Yiqing helping me to make sure everything is ok. Her prompt support to help me change my menu is also very helpful. She also followed up to check if everything is ok. Very good customer service from Yiqing. Never had such good customer experience from a caterer. All the food is very good and my guests enjoyed the food!

The food was great, really appreciate Chilli Manis for being responsive and attended to my last min food order request. Joshua was very detailed and update constantly to ensure things are in order. Everything was sorted out swiftly and order arrived in perfection. Spread was delicious. Must try - spring rolls.

Yiqing is also very quick to answer any questions that I have and even follow up in making sure that the delivery and food is okay. This is the first time I order from Chilli Manis and the food and services exceeded my expectations. I have ordered from other buffet companies for my family gatherings before Chilli Manis will definitely on the one that I will order again for all my future gatherings. I ordered the Peranakan Mini Buffet B, all dishes are delicious. My guests enjoyed the food very much and asked where I ordered the food from. Only regrets is I didn’t take any pictures of the food 😅

Chilli Manis is definitely a good choice for buffet catering! I chose Peranakan dishes and the portion was sufficient for our selected number of pax. Buffet was well set up, and on time. My personal favourite would definitely be the dried laksa! The spicy pumpkin prawn was one of the crowd’s favourite and it ran out so quickly! Definitely recommend Chloe for recommending top picks dishes with me. Thank you! ❤️

We had placed a last minute order for a Team lunch-in with a French guest visiting the night before the event. Consultant Joshua contacted us early the next morning to confirm the order with pleasant step by step walkthrough, ensuring the ordered items were as requested or replaced as order was placed at the last hour. Delivery was very prompt - barely 3 hrs after the confirmation call. Food was delivered presentably, tasted fantastic and everyone was raving abt how good it was. Well done to Joshua & Kitchen Team!
