Terms & Conditions
- Lunar New Year Bentos are available from 13 Jan – 27 Jan, 3 Feb – 16 Feb, except for Blessed Bento which not available from 7 – 9 Feb
- No bento order from 28 Jan - 2 Feb 2025
- Festive surcharge of $1.00/set is applicable from 7 - 9 Feb
- Full payment via Credit Card, PayNow & PayLah is required to secure your booking. Note that a 3% administration fees is applicable for Credit Card transaction
- Prices quoted are subjected to GST
- Discounts & promotions are not applicable, unless otherwise stated
- Neo Garden Catering reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
- In the event of dispute, Neo Garden Catering Pte Ltd holds the final decision

Delivery:
- Delivery charge of $45 per location is applicable on 13 – 27 Jan 2025 & 3 – 16 Feb 2025
- Surcharge of $10 will apply for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson - 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square - 03, 17; Orchard 22,23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19
- No delivery to Chinatown, Keppel Distripark, Central Areas, Air-cargo and Offshore (Sentosa) areas, Airline Road, Kampung Bahru, Jurong Island, Pulau Brani area, Locations that require changing of pass & No Lift Access on 28 Jan – 12 Feb 2025
- Due to high demand during the festive period, actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/-) from the stipulated delivery time
