- Prices quoted are subject to prevailing GST, 5% Service Charge.
- Full payment required 5 days before order date to confirm all orders + securing of delivery time slots
- A minimum order value (excluding service & delivery charges, GST) of $450 is required for all delivery orders.
- A minimum order value (excluding service charges and GST) of $350 is required for self collection orders unless otherwise stated.
- Self collection locations are at 1 enterprise road (west) and Enterprise One (east)
- For orders from 9th to 12th February 2024.
- No credit terms available.
- All dishes within menus are fixed, strictly no changes allowed.
- Food comes in microwavable containers with a set of disposable wares.
- Food is best consumed within 1 hour from delivery.
- No discounts and promotions applicable, unless otherwise specified.
- We seek your understanding in allowing up to a 30mins delay in delivery during this festive season as we fulfil all our orders.
- Increase in order in increments of 5 guests.
- Delivery charge of $45 for per trip
- Peak period Delivery charge of $60 for orders between 9th to 11th
- $10 additional surcharge for delivery to CBD.
- No delivery to venues without lift access between 9th to 25th February 2024
- No delivery to Chinatown, Keppel Distripark, central, air-cargo and offshore (Sentosa) areas on 9th to 25th February 2024
- A surcharge of $150 and up is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift access and loading bay, subject to approval. Surcharge also applicable for any venues with a need for stairs climbing to the set up location.
- Chilli Manis Catering reserves the right to reasonably exchange a dish for another of equivalent value without prior notice.
